PRIVACY & SAFETY

All orders are processed within Monday to Friday Business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once orders have been shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you have not received your shipping confirmation please contact us at rustic.summer.sisters@gmail.com with your name and order number so it can be followed up. ​

Our trusted courier services (Australian Post, Direct Freight and Aramex) are used to ensure the timely and secure delivery of your orders. Once the parcel leaves with these courier services it becomes their responsibility of the item. Therefore we regret to inform you that we do not assume responsibility for any parcels that are missing, delayed or damaged during transit by the courier. Issues related to the parcels handling, delivery speed, or condition are subject to the courier's terms and conditions.

In the event of a missing, delayed or damaged parcel, customers are advised to follow the claims process outlined by the courier company. Rustic Summer Sisters will provide necessary order details and support to facilitate this process but does not directly manage claims on behalf of customers.

If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made (e.g you have provided us with incorrect address) a $15.95 redeliver fee will apply. If Rustic Summer Sisters is in any way responsible for the redeliver the fee will not apply.

If we can not deliver an item for any reason, we will arrange for a full refund of the purchase including shipping cost.

SHIPPING POLICY
REFUND & RETURNS
Rustic Summer Sisters are committed to providing the best quality dried and preserved flowers and the finest designs. We take pride in our work and understand that the orders you request are very important; therefore wanting our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. On the basis of this please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind as all our products are made to order.
Returns are accepted on a “case-by-case” basis, and usually will be on grounds of “quality” issues only. If the return is due to quality reasons, we do request that a photograph of the delivered item is submitted to us no more than 24 hours after receiving your order.
Our refund policy for dried and preserved flowers is as follows;

We don't refund for “not liking" reasons OR change of minds.

The refund amount excludes the shipping fee you have paid.

Sale items are not eligible for refund.

To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them. They must also be returned in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any refund if these conditions are not met.

Once your return item(s) have been received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection via email. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment. Please note the shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please be aware that preserved flowers undergo bleaching or other chemical treatments which may result in a noticeable scent or softer stems and petals. Therefore , we would not issue a refund based on this reason. jk
Any approved refunds will be processed immediately and are credited back to the original credit card on which the order was purchased. It may take approximately 5-7 business days for this to show on your statement.
If we require you to return the items to Rustic Summer Sisters we will arrange for the return shipping costs to be paid by ourselves.
ORDERING
Thank you for your interest in our designs! Please note that all custom and large orders are made to order, with a processing time of 14-21 days.

We appreciate your understanding and are committed to providing you with the best quality products. A quote will be provided for all custom orders and must be confirmed before finalising any details. This quote will incur a non-refundable 25% deposit to secure your order. Please review the quote carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions.

We strive to a range of options to suit your needs. If you have any specific designs in mind, feel free to reach out for more detailed pricing or information. Please note that colour, size and appearance may vary as our products are made from natural materials.

​Please note that alterations to finalised orders will incur additional charges, which will depend on the specific designs and details involved. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any questions about your order.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please contact Rustic Summer Sisters via email or phone as soon as possible for cancellations. A cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply if your order has not yet been prepared by our team. Please note once orders have left with our couriers, they cannot be cancelled. If your order has been prepared but not yet dispatched, it may still be cancelled, but a fee equal to the design price minus the delivery fee will apply.
